Since BOLIA went live on D365 Finance & Operations in 2020, we have been responsible for the path from code to production, including environments, build and release — and we act as technical advisor on platform updates and code deliveries, in collaboration with BOLIA and other Microsoft partners.

Scope
What we look after
One Microsoft Certified Partner for the whole path from code to production, working with BOLIA's own team and in collaboration with other vendors throughout the delivery stream.
Environments, build and release
We maintain and service the environments, Azure, Power Platform and the DevOps build and release pipelines towards production.
Code merge
Code from several vendors merged into one release, so parallel work does not conflict or break functionality.
Deliveries
We coordinate each delivery to UAT and production with every vendor involved.
Platform updates and ISVs
Microsoft platform updates, ISV updates and code upgrades, coordinated with BOLIA and its vendors.
Critical production issues
On critical production issues, we work with Microsoft Support and take the lead where appropriate — outside normal hours when needed.
LCS to Power Platform
We are guiding the move from LCS to the Power Platform admin center: YAML pipelines, UPE, USE and UDE for development.
