About AX Operations

AX Operations was founded in 2018 and is based in Hjørring, Denmark. We are a Microsoft Certified Partner focused on the technical side of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

We are deliberately small. You get the consultants who do the work, not an account layer in front of them. That means direct communication, fast decisions, and accountability that does not get diluted through a delivery pyramid.

We work directly with end customers who need a technical delivery partner, and we work as a subcontractor alongside other Microsoft partners who need senior F&O, Azure or Power Platform capacity on their programmes.

Our work usually starts where a programme is technically demanding: complex extension models, difficult integrations, upgrade backlogs, or a delivery pipeline that needs to become reliable. We stay until your team can carry it themselves.

AI and Copilot are part of that toolkit. We use them where they add real value to your processes — from in-app Copilot in finance and operations apps to custom agents built in Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
